TENDER
The basic planning and specifications get created on the basis of which we can tender the individual trades. We evaluate the offers and provide advice regarding the budgeting.
PLANNING
Sketches regarding the realization of the trades get created. Tasks get assigned, permits get obtained, schedules, stakeholders and service providers get coordinated. All the threads come together in the hands of the project management.
REALIZATION
An idea is now coming true. We manage the total production, coordinate and control individual areas. We direct, deliver content and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
FOLLOW-UP
For us, after the event comes the next event. Together with all project participants we openly and honestly assess processes as well as organization because we can all learn something from the knowledge gained.
