The Polis Convention is an event format by the „Polis – Magazin für Urban Development.“ The trade show brings together planners and decision-makers from city building authorities and the property sector for two days in the Areal Böhler.
JKR-Event’s task was the trade fair planning and development. For a flawless management of the spaces and execution of the booths we installed an ERP Cloud software as well as a hotline.
We installed a trade fair office. From the office, the whole trade fair was managed and monitored. Part of this was the technical planning of the stage along with the assembly and dismantling of the complete infrastructure.
JKR-Events provided consulting services for the overall organization, stage design and space planning.
An exceptional highlight and by now a trademark in the area design: the “city park” at the center of the fair, which perfectly reflected Polis’ core topic. The park served as a refuge and resort for many visitors.
In 2018, an interior design with suspended elements in the stage and audience area of the conference stage was added by our partner AIRFORMANCE.
